Oak Creek Party Barn

Oak Creek Farm is located in Delaware County near the north end of Alum Creek Lake, 17 miles north of 270 & 71. The barn built in 1914 of post & beam construction was modeled into a party barn in 2000. The barn has seating for 50 people downstairs, with more room upstairs. A fenced in court yard with covered deck and porch provides additional seating.

The Party Barn is available for rental.

• $300 - 3 hours
• $75 - Each additional hour
• Includes Party Barn and access to Oak Creek Lake (paddleboat, fishing)

Other Fees:

• $50 - Hay rides
• $25 - Bonfire
• $75 - Deposit
